Creative Graphics Terms of Use

1. Ownership
All graphics remain the property of SKColetteGarden.
Reselling, redistributing, or turning the graphics into new clipart products is not allowed.
2. Allowed Uses
You may use the graphics to:

Create educational worksheets and learning activities

Include them in resources sold on TPT or similar platforms

Use them on your personal blog (credit required)

Add them to your TPT store logo or banner, as long as you’re not promoting your own clipart
3. File Protection
Please flatten or secure your files in JPG or PDF when selling digital resources.
4. Credit Requirement
Please include:
“Graphics by SKColetteGarden” with a link to the TPT store.
5. Not Allowed

Creating new clipart, frames, borders, or digital papers

Producing physical products like shirts, stickers, stationery
-
Non-educational printable products (planners, notepads, etc.)

Coloring books or printables that include isolated images only

Any product where the graphic is the main standalone element

1. What You Can Do (Standard License)
You may:

Use the image for both commercial and personal projects

Use it in print, websites, ads, social media, and online materials

Use it in commercial designs as long as the image is not the main product being sold
2. What You Cannot Do
You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the original file

Sell the image as a standalone product (e.g., stickers, clipart sets, wallpapers, downloads)

Use the image as a trademark or logo
3. Extended License (If purchased separately)
Allows:

Using the image as the main value of a product (stickers, shirts, merchandise)

Unlimited print runs
4. Copyright
Copyright remains with SKColetteGarden.
Purchasers are granted usage rights, not ownership.
5. Modifying the Image
You may edit, crop, recolor, or combine the image,
but you may not resell it in a way that is too similar to the original artwork.
